All guests can enjoy a delicious welcome basket with typical products consisting of mineral water, a bottle of wine, coffee powder, tea, fresh milk, biscuits or artisan cake, seasonal fruit, bread, butter, jam, salt-oil-spices for cooking, a taste of cold cuts & cheeses, fresh pasta and pasta sauce

City Tax € 1,50 p.p per night required from 1st March to 31st October of each year

Final cleaning € 50,00 per stay

To confirm the reservation, 30% of the total amount is required via bank transfer or payment link with debit/credit card

You'll be asked to pay the balance at check-in, together with the city tax and any additional extra fee

In the event of last minute reservations made in the 7 days before check-in, you'll be required to go ahead with the full payment of the booking (non-refundable)

We always recommend to all guest to take out a travel insurance

Guests who cancel their reservation up to 8 days before check-in are entitled to a 30% refund (deposit). For cancellations made in the 7 days before check-in, the deposit will not be refunded

No refund will be released for any early departure compared to the check-out date confirmed at the time of booking

In case of unexpected events occurring in the 7 days before the check-in, we give the possibility to reschedule your stay on another date/season, within one year of cancellation, by paying only any price differences between the new dates and those initially booked

Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm, by appointment. For this reason you'll be required to kindly let us know your arrival time in advance. The meeting point will take place in one of the car parks of your choice just outside the walls of San Gimignano. From there, you will be driven with our car, equipped with a special permit for loading & unloading luggage, up to the front door of the tower

Check-out is no later than 10am

If you're looking for modern comforts or luxury, this is not the place for you. Please be also informed that if you suffer from claustrophobia or vertigo, staying here it is not recommended. The tower is not suitable for stays with children under 12. Pets are not allowed.
